MacAlice Safari InputManager

There is a bug buried somewere in between WebCore and Foundation classes that, under some conditions, will disallow the browser from correctly send out cookies (RFC2109 and RFC2965). Such conditions arise when logging into the unified portal of Alice, one of the major Italian ISPs. MacAlice is an InputManager that will fix the cookie managament on that site to allow the login and the following pages to be accessed. What does "fix" means? Well it's very simple: basically the bug prevents Safari to send over a cookie set by c.com while loading a resource from a.b.c.com; MacAlice, upon receiving a cookie from c.com will duplicate it for the domain b.c.com... of course that will only happen for virgilio.it domain, which is Alice portal domain :-) Beware, the bundle is at its early alpha stage. Update: the 0.12 release will make the same trick for 190.it allowing Safari to get access to the self customer care web site. Update: the 0.13 release will remove the trick for virgilio.it since the Alice team fixed the portal code with a work around, 190.it is still prone to the bug.
